Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (Ekuinas) is a Private Capital firm established by the Government of Malaysia on 1 September 2009 to drive equitable and sustainable Bumiputera wealth creation and economic participation. We focus on building industry-leading companies and cultivating exceptional entrepreneurs while advancing Bumiputera’s involvement in equity ownership, management, employment, and supply chains. With over a decade of investment expertise, we take a market-driven approach rooted in merit and transparency.
Ekuinas was consolidated under Yayasan Pelaburan Bumiputra (YPB) in January 2025 and subsequently became a wholly owned subsidiary of Permodalan Nasional Berhad (PNB). We now operate as PNB’s Domestic Private Capital arm, strengthening our mandate to deliver long-term value creation in supporting Bumiputera development.
